The Sprayer machine for running track is designed for sports surface spray of indoor or outdoor. It uses the material to pump the liquid material and the mixture of solid colloidal granules pumps into the spray gun, the compressed air which outputs by an air compressor also enters the spray gun at the same time, and spray the mixture material  on the sports surface.
Second, main structure and function
1st, air compressor: Use the piston air compressor, The volume of machine is small, the gas content is big, the small pressure drop, the compact structure, the revolution stable is reliable, providing stably gas source which is needed in spraying.
2nd, Hopper: The steel welding structure, the paint guards against rust, storing the evenly mix of solid and fluid two material in the hopper, be stirred unceasingly in the hopper, transports to the material pump.
3rd, The material pump: the material pump is the volume pump, could transport the mixtures of solid and fluid, its current capacity along with changeable rotational speed.The transmission through stirs the screw rod realization by the stepless speed changeable machine, could implement the stepless speed regulation.
4th ,Chassis: the steel welding structure, the paint guards against rust. On the chassis is loaded with two pair of rubber tires, a pair is a fast pulley, a pair is the wheering wheel, on the chassis is loaded with the air compressor, the hopper, the speed change machine, the material pump and so on, may realize the nimble move through the handle and direction change.
5th, Spray gun: realize the mixture, the atomization of the solid and fluid material and the compressed air in the spray gun, and spray evenly on the physical ground surface.
